Delivery and charges

Ordered books are delivered world wide and should be received within three to seven days, depending on your location.

Postage and handling charges are included in your credit-card billing charge. Here are our postage and handling charges per product item to the following destinations:
United States, Canada and United Kingdom - US$17.00;
Europe - US$21.50;
Australia - US$5.50;
South America, Africa and most other countries - US$32.00.

These charges apply to our books, disks and tapes although an additional shipping charge applies to our kits because they weigh several kilograms. If an additional charge applies, we will tell you so you can decide whether to go ahead with your order. 

Any taxes which may be applied to mail-order customers in some countries are not included in our prices on line.

Prices shown on our web site apply only to goods you buy online.

If we need to order a book that is out of stock, the price may vary for new stock or delivery may be delayed. We will tell you of any price change or delay so that you can decide whether you still wish to buy.
